The new administrative and operational head office of the company, in use since October 2003, is situated in the industrial area of Vibo Valentia, in the area of Porto Salvo, in the locality of Trainiti.

The headquarters is composed of two large buildings, one used for offices and laboratories and the other for the production and distribution division.

The offices and laboratories, which cover over 1,400 m² of floor space, divided over two floors, is the organisational centre of the company where decisions are taken.

On the ground floor are located the laboratories for analysis and research in the areas of microbiology and chemistry.

On the first floor are located the offices of the administration and representatives, as well as the research and planning departments, the main IT centre and the data processing departments.

The building used for production is also split over two floors: the ground floor covers some 2,200m² and the upper floor approximately 1,250m², therefore totalling a floor space of round 3,450m² in a building approximately 10m high.

Within this building are the areas used for the reproduction, maintenance and conservation of the fish, as well as the logistical support for the breeding of the fish.

The areas are divided as follows:

• - Baby fish (fry) for the fish farm;
• - Food and equipment deposit;
• - Rooms for the working, conservation and distribution of the fish;
• - Garage, workshop.

Within the same building are located the teaching centre, the canteen and the hostel.
