CERTIFICATION
Nautilus has a Quality System, Integrated Management of Quality-Environment-Safety, on the basis on UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, UNI EN ISO 14001:2004, BS OHSAS 18001:2007. This quality certification, now, concerning the main activities:
  • planning and supplying of oceanographic survey for fishing, aquaculture, coastal management, sub-water archeology and environmental advice;
  • supply of laboratory service, chemical, chemical-physical, microbiological and toxicological analyses on food and environment sample;
  • planning and implementation of information system for data spreading;
  • planning of bioengineering work;
  • planning and supplying of training course;
  • geotechnical laboratory.
Nautilus is registered to the Anagrafe Nazionale del Ministero dell’Università and as a Scientific Research and Technology body (Research Institute no. 106910 FH).

Furthermore, the laboratories are a member of the Union of Research Laboratories authorised by MIUR, under Law No.1124 of 17.10.2001, in accordance with Article. No.14 of the D.M of MIUR n.593 of 08.08.2000.

As a consequence of the companies compliance, the laboratories have been awarded full recognition after controls by the Health Ministry - Department of Food, Nutrition and Veterinary Public Health (Ministero della Sanità- Dipartimento Alimenti, Nutrizione e Sanità Pubblica Veterinaria), in accordance with decree no. 3643 of 13.12.99 and 2533 of 15.09.2000.

Relative to the undertaking of public work, such as specialist mapping, and telecommunication and data transmission networks, Nautilus has attained the following qualifications in accordance with the law D.P.R. 34/2000: CATEGORIA OS 20-CLASSIFICA III.
